It is the captain’s responsibility to communicate this policy to all players and ensure that it is followed.
We prioritise the safety and comfort of all members. The guidelines below apply to both adults and children using changing facilities and should be followed to maintain a secure and respectful environment. This policy applies to both home and away teams.
Separate Changing Facilities
We apply the policy of separate changing and showers for adults, children (those below 18 years old) and genders. We will ensure that children and adults do not use the same changing and showering facilities at the same time. If the same changing room is used, arrangements will be made so that they use the facilities at different times.
Mixed Gender Teams
Mixed gender teams will have access to separate male and female changing rooms to prevent any discomfort. If the same changing room is used, arrangements will be made so that they use the facilities at different times.
No Camera Use
Due to the risks of inappropriate photography or filming, cameras (including those on mobile phones) must not be used in changing rooms at any time.
Comfort of Children
If anyone feels uncomfortable changing or showering at the club, no pressure should be placed on them to do so. Instead, they should be advised that they can change and shower at home.
We aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for all members using changing facilities. It is crucial to prioritize the safety and well-being of all members, and these guidelines should be strictly adhered to.
