14th July 2009, Letcombe, Away – Lose

We arrived at Letcombe slightly tense as England were teetering on the edge of a potentially massive loss against Australia. The rain had passed over earlier in the day leaving the wicket slightly sticky and very dead. I won the toss and elected to field first. After some early wickets, Letcombe settled in and scored 190 for 7. Pippy taking a couple of catches that were quite dull compared to last Wednesday’s outstanding diving catch. Match Report V Marsh Gibbon II Away

Hello Team... Colin and I did NOT have the luxury of picking from a decent number this week, and were very grateful to the two Bicester boys (cheers Jamie and Robert) for filling the last two spots and performing well. Overall it was a fantastic team performance. As usual I lost the toss and we were tasked with bowling 1st.
