The day was bright and sunny as we welcomed Witney Swifts to the home of cricket. The pitch was as glorious and flat as a newly constructed Chinese road, outfield lightning fast and the weather set fair, so Baz astounded the cricketing world by winning the toss and electing to field first. This year's end of season do will take place upstairs at the King Alfred's Head on 26th October. We're meeting from 7pm and due to eat at 7.30pm. As most of you have probably seen by now, indoor nets have been arranged for the winter/spring period. We're playing at Wantage Leisure Centre at 1pm on the following dates: 3rd March 10th March 17th March 24th March 7th April Cost for attending is £3 per session or £10 if you pay at your first session.
